You can delete your RESET account at any time. It takes a minute in the app, or you can ask us by email.
In the app
- Open RESET and go to Profile.
- Tap Personal info, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
By email
Email privacy@resetcleaning.app from the address you use with RESET and ask us to delete your account. We confirm it is you, delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email and mobile number.
- Your home details, address, access instructions and door codes.
- Your plan, visits, notes, messages and photos.
- Your payment history in RESET, and your saved cards with our payment provider, Stripe.
Any upcoming visits are cancelled.
What is kept
Stripe keeps records of past payments for as long as the law requires (for example, tax and anti-fraud rules). If you told us why you were leaving, that answer is kept without your name or any way to link it to you.
