These terms apply to RESET gift cards bought on our website or in our apps. They form part of our Terms of Service.
Using a gift card
- A gift card can be used towards any RESET visit booked in Australia.
- Add it to your RESET account with its code. The balance is used before your other payment method.
- Any unused balance stays on the card until it is used or expires.
Expiry
RESET gift cards are valid for at least three years from the date of purchase, as required by Australian law. The expiry date is shown on the gift card and in the email it comes with.
Refunds and cash
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where the law requires it. If a visit paid with a gift card is refunded, the amount returns to the gift card balance.
Lost or stolen cards
Treat a gift card code like cash. If you think a code has been used by someone else, contact us straight away and we will help where we can.
Fees
There are no fees to buy, activate or use a RESET gift card.
